Placing an Order
Ordering from the website is designed to be easy, simply make your selection and press the "add to cart" button, this will place your product in the "shopping basket". Each time you add a product to the shopping basket you are able to "continue shopping" or "checkout" by pressing the appropriate buttons. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by pressing the icon in the top menu bar. Once you have finished adding products to the basket you can proceed to checkout, as explained this is a button located on the shopping basket page. This takes you to "stage 1" in the checkout process, you are now only a few clicks away from finalising your purchase.
Stage 1 in the checkout process you are required to create a user account by adding your email address, password and your delivery address. You will be asked to tick the box to confirm you agree with our terms and conditions, click send registration.
Stage 2 you are required to confirm the order, please check carefully the items you have in your basket and the delivery address supplied. We list the payment method as "Velocity Pay" this is our secure card processing system. Then click the "Confirm Order" button.
Stage 3 is the final part of the checkout process, this is where you fill in your payment details, be sure to use the correct billing address for the payment card you are using. All that is left to do now is press the "Submit Payment" button.
Please note we do not store your debit or credit card details; we do not even get to see them as the transactional part of purchasing from us is handled by www.cardstream.com (formally Velocity Pay).
