We are sure you will receive this level of service, if for any reason you feel we have not exceeded your expectations, please contact us straight away.
Although we are an internet based business we feel passionately that we should offer you better service than you are used to receiving anywhere else. Procedures are in place to ensure that every aspect of your purchase runs smoothly.

You are able to email, write or call us at anytime to discuss any query, problem or enquiry you have. We will always aim to answer your query immediately but if this is not possible we will give you a fixed period of time in which we will respond.
We have a sophisticated email and telephone system that routes your enquiries to the right department first time. Although we use an electronic operator on our telephone system we do not feel this is a reduction in service to you, quite the opposite, we are able to pass you straight through to the correct member of staff to deal with your enquiry. We only have three menus in our system so you never have too long to wait.
