We offer Free Delivery on most of our shredder range, except those models that fall below our minimum order cost. We also have some industrial models that require specialist delivery teams, in rare cases a site visit is required to clarify access and complete a delivery plan.

You will always see the delivery charges, if any apply to your order, at the checkout. The current minimum order value is displayed on the bottom menu bar at all times. Orders placed via the telephone, fax or in writing are subject to our normal delivery terms.

Our carriers require a signature for all deliveries, they cannot leave goods without one, neither will they be able to deliver to an address other than the one that was specified when we credit cleared your order.

We do expect our carriers to leave you a card if there isn't anyone at the delivery address, at the time of delivery. You can telephone the number on the card and arrange a convenient time to deliver the goods; if you can't agree on a convenient time they normally allow you to collect the goods from their local depot on receipt of the card. Please ensure you speak to them before visiting their depot.

Please ensure that you are able to receive delivery of your order, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges our carriers may make if the delivery address was unattended at the time they attempted delivery.

We accept there are exceptional circumstances where this may not be possible but with your assistance in this area we are able to keep the costs from our carriers to a minimum, ensuring we can offer you and all our clients a great level of service.

Although we offer a comprehensive free delivery service to the UK mainland, unfortunately there are some exclusions, the postcodes affected are probably use to a "non standard" set of delivery terms. We work closely with our courier partners to minimise the number of postcodes that do not receive our normal service offering and will always try and facilitate free delivery wherever possible.

The postcodes that are currently not covered by our courier partners are "Highlands and Islands" Scotland, we are still able to deliver to these postcodes but reserve the right to pass on any additional charges we may incur. Any charges that may apply will always be discussed with you before shipping takes place, allowing you to make a decision on the costs.
