It is obviously not viable to offer our demonstration service on all our range or indeed to our "Home User" shredders. Please check with our customer service team for availability.

The most common complaint from users of shredders is they won't take enough paper and the most common cause of a service fault is when the machine suffers a major paper jam through a user trying to shred too much paper in a pass. So getting a demonstration will allow you to test if a machine is going to meet your expectations and be suitable for your organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity and will ensure you purchase the right machine first time.

Our research has shown that because people feel they have less time to spare, they want to just "Shred and Go", this combined with larger documents using thicker paper has meant problems at the shredder. When considering the purchase of your next shredder do take into account the time cost of an employee shredding 200 pages at a time, clearing paper jams or not shredding a document at all.
